Enfocus is more than a leading brand in PDF and production automation technology. Enfocus is practically ubiquitous. Enterprise and graphic arts workflow developers including Agfa, Artwork Systems, Kodak, EFI, Fujifilm, Global Graphics, Heidelberg, Xerox, Screen, Quad/Graphics, Vio and Xitron all have integrated Enfocus technologies into their own PDF workflow offerings. The company, which became a subsidiary of Artwork Systems six years ago, will launch the newest version of its flagship product, PitStop Professional, at IPEX 2006, where the company also will show its PitStop Automate production automation tool.

In February, Enfocus named Erik Cullins, former Time, Inc. corporate workflow expert and advocate for PDF adoption and integration to the position of director of sales and marketing for North America. As associate director of digital development, Cullins helped design and implement editorial and advertising workflows for Time and its partner magazines. He speaks frequently at numerous industry conferences and is active in DDAP, the CIP4 Advertising Working Group, CGATS PDF/X Force and other organizations. As part of his work with Enfocus, Cullins will participate in the company’s activities with the Ghent PDF Workgroup.
