 In “Trade Shows – What Goes on Behind the Scenes? Part One,” we answered the question “Why a Trade Show?” It’s clear that both vendors and buyers see value in the face to face contact that is the key to trade shows and fairs. Then we went behind the scenes at On Demand, Boston, to find out what it takes to plan and set up at a trade show.

In this segment of our series, with the help of Joe Skop, VP of World Wide Sales for Satori Software, we learn more about actually working the booth. Whether sales are good or bad at an event, sometime during the show a decision has to be made about whether to return next year. Joe fills us in on how he makes his “draft picks” for next year’s booth space.
