printChannel is a scalable online print procurement solution that lets print vendors offer to corporate customers a wide range of buying options for variable data, catalog and first-time print through a standard Web browser and Internet connection. The company has a policy of not selling to print buyers directly - selling their procurement solutions only to manufacturers, distributors, and brokers of commercial print. printChannel has set up over 400 companies on their system worldwide, and claims to have processed over 200,000 print orders since 1998. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, with offices throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Originally from Germany, Oliver Pflug got his post-secondary education in the U.S. (B.A.) and Canada (M.A.). He co-founded printChannel.com in March of 1998 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, assuming the CEO position in March of 1999. He has an 11 year background in high technology services and software development, including management positions at CATS Software and a subsidiary of Sony Corporation. Pflug is a leading proponent of supplier centric e-commerce solutions for the printing industry and a frequent contributor at numerous industry events and online discussion groups.
