Fingerprints are an indispensable way to
help your customers understand the benefits of inkjet and the paper selected for a particular job. We understand that not every company has graphic designers on staff to design these files (and if you do, they are probably quite busy). So, to make your job easier, we've provided
customizable fingerprint files in 300 and 600 dpi.
You can add your logo:

And let customers know about the paper and the device you created the sample on:

The supporting text on the fingerprint design will help them understand print quality concepts such as text density, line density, as well as image, text and color clarity.
We recommend printing a few at the end of every unique roll or ream you process so that your sales people have a full picture of what your inkjet environment is capable of and customers can be steered toward the most suitable of your supported papers.
You will also want to date the samples that you produce, since printed color can shift over time. However, don't be too quick to throw those old samples away. There may be occasions when you want to show a customer how well, or how poorly, a particular paper holds up over time.
