NEW YORK, Feb. 6 - Bowne & Co., Inc. announced today that it has completed a $75 million private placement of senior unsecured notes with several institutional investors. BMO Nesbitt Burns acted as the exclusive placement agent for this private placement.
The notes have an average life of 7.2 years with an approximate interest rate of 7.3%. Net proceeds from the private placement will be used for debt repayment under the Company's current revolving credit facility.
