Pacificolor LLC, a leading provider of flexographic plate solutions for the North American flexible and corrugated packaging markets, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of industry veterans Tad Timmler and Joe Muller to key operational roles.

The appointments are part of Pacificolor’s broader investment strategy to expand technical resources, enhance manufacturing capabilities and provide customers with the highest levels of service and support in the flexographic marketplace.

Tad Timmler has joined Pacificolor as Operations Manager at the company’s Salt Lake City headquarters. Bringing extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, process optimization and continuous improvement.

Timmler will support Pacificolor’s operational growth initiatives while driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability. Prior to joining Pacificolor, Timmler held leadership roles including Production Manager at Handstands and Production Director at Dometag Brand Labels.

His background includes leading complex production environments, implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and developing operational strategies that improve throughput and reduce waste.

Joe Muller joins Pacificolor as Operations and Technical Manager, based in Minneapolis. Muller will focus on strengthening Pacificolor’s technical support capabilities, working directly with customers on press-side assistance, print approvals, customer fingerprinting, press characterization and onboarding programs.

With extensive hands-on experience supporting flexographic printing operations, Muller will help customers optimize plate performance, improve print consistency, and achieve greater efficiency throughout the production process. He will also oversee daily operations at Pacificolor’s Minnesota plate manufacturing facility and manage GMG proofing operations.
