Think B2B Marketing, the international B2B marketing specialist serving the print and packaging industry, has been awarded an EcoVadis Platinum Medal, scoring 89/100 and ranking in the 99th percentile of all companies assessed.
The achievement places the business among the very top tier of organisations rated by EcoVadis globally, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of the more than 150,000 companies assessed across 180 countries. The business believes, notably, that it is the first in its sector to achieve this rating.
EcoVadis is one of the world's largest and most trusted providers of corporate sustainability ratings. Its evidence-based assessment evaluates organisations across four key pillars: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Platinum status is awarded only to those that can demonstrate sustainability is comprehensively embedded across their operations, governance and supply chain.
The strength of the result lies in the detail. Think B2B Marketing scored a near-perfect 98/100 for Environment, with a full 100/100 for both its environmental policies and its ISO 14001 certification, recognised for renewable energy use, quantitative targets on energy, emissions and waste, and continual energy-efficiency improvements. It scored 94/100 for Ethics, with full marks for both policies and measures spanning information security, anti-corruption controls and a formal whistleblower procedure, and 85/100 for Labour and Human Rights, where EcoVadis described its reporting as exceptional.
The achievement carries particular significance for Think B2B's clients in the print and packaging sector. Across the entire packaging supply chain, from brand owners and packaging manufacturers to equipment suppliers, converters and label producers, the pressure to scrutinise ESG credentials end to end has never been greater. As a specialist marketing partner serving this supply chain, Think B2B Marketing is itself a link in that chain, and the Platinum rating provides clients with independent, verified assurance of the agency's commitment to responsible business.
Executive Director Emma Czirok, who led the EcoVadis submission process, said: “We had ambitiously aimed for Gold, so to achieve Platinum has genuinely taken our breath away. We believe this makes Think B2B Marketing the first specialist B2B marketing agency serving the print and packaging sector to achieve this, reflecting over a decade of deep commitment to the industry we serve.
But this was never about chasing a badge. We have always been process-led and hold ourselves to high standards, so this was a natural progression: formalising and evidencing the work we already do. It has been an ongoing process of due diligence, auditing our systems, documenting our policies, and making sure we can stand behind every claim we make.
“We know exactly how important this is to our clients in print and packaging. Greenwashing is under intense scrutiny across this supply chain, and genuine sustainability credentials are now a prerequisite for partnership. This rating tells our clients, their customers and their stakeholders that when they work with us, they are working with a partner whose values are verified.”
The Platinum rating builds on Think B2B Marketing's growing sustainability credentials, which include ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications achieved in 2025, placing the agency among a small cohort of UK marketing businesses to hold such accreditations. With 2025 established as its baseline year for data collection, the agency has since launched a supplier due diligence programme and will publish its first ESG report in Q3.
Joanna Stephenson, Managing Director of Think B2B Marketing, added: “Emma poured her heart and soul into this, backed by a fiercely dedicated team. This result is a testament to our commitment of always doing things the right way.
“As one of the most experienced marketing agencies specialising in the print and packaging space, we have always understood the importance of sustainability to our clients' businesses. Now we can say, with complete confidence, that our own house is in order too. That makes us an even stronger partner for the businesses we serve.”
