Local Print and Marketing Provider Supports Community Fundraising Efforts Through Printing and Signage Grants

BILLINGS, Mont. – Allegra Marketing Print Mail Billings announced that it has provided more than $11,000 in printing and signage grants to local nonprofits through its partnership with Yellowstone Valley Gives, a community fundraising initiative organized by the Billings Community Foundation. As a lead sponsor of the event for the third consecutive year, Allegra Billings offered a $350 printing grant to every nonprofit organization participating in the two-day fundraising campaign.

To date, 32 nonprofit organizations have taken advantage of the program, resulting in a total of $11,200 in printing and signage support that has been provided to support local causes. Participating nonprofits may use the grants for any future printing or signage needs through March 2027, helping organizations access resources beyond the fundraising event itself.

“Being part of the business community comes with a responsibility to support the neighboring organizations and residents that also support you,” said Brian McGovern, owner of Allegra Marketing Print Mail Billings. “Many nonprofits are doing incredible work with limited budgets, and if we can help them communicate their mission through signage, printed materials or fundraising campaigns, that’s something we’re proud to do.”

Yellowstone Valley Gives brings together nonprofit organizations each year for a community-wide fundraising event designed to increase awareness and support local causes. This year’s event generated approximately $845,000 for participating organizations throughout the Yellowstone Valley region. Through the grant program, Allegra Billings has been able to support both longtime nonprofit partners and organizations it had not previously worked with.

“Almost every nonprofit relies on printed materials, signage or marketing pieces at some point, which makes this a natural way for us to help,” said McGovern. “Whether it’s event signage, donor materials or awareness campaigns, these organizations need tools to share their message. If we can help make that easier, we’re happy to do it.”

Allegra Billings' commitment to supporting local nonprofits extends well beyond Yellowstone Valley Gives. Throughout the year, the company regularly partners with nonprofit organizations across the community, providing printing and signage support for a variety of charitable initiatives and fundraising efforts. Through these partnerships, Allegra Billings helps organizations maximize their resources while increasing awareness for the causes they serve.
