Visit Booth #500 to Experience Personalized AI Agents in Action — Plus Catch Dave Rosendahl's Partner Session and She*t for Brains Keynotes
IRVINE, CA — MindFire, Inc., a leader in AI-powered direct mail marketing technology, will be exhibiting at Dscoop Edge Rockies 2026 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Attendees are invited to stop by Booth #500 for a first-hand look at how MindFire's DM AI technology is transforming the way print professionals engage their customers.
Personalized AI Postcard Experience at Booth #500
Every Dscoop Edge Rockies registrant will receive a personalized postcard featuring a QR code that launches a one-of-a-kind AI agent conversation. Powered by MindFire's DM AI platform, the postcard invites attendees to scan and interact with a personalized tour guide from Denver Discovery Tours, a fictional brand created to demonstrate the full power of personalized, AI-driven direct mail.
The postcards are printed on Sylvamo's 80# Accent Opaque Cover stock and produced by printing partner Sandy Alexander on an HP Indigo 12000, a demonstration in itself of what is possible when personalization technology meets premium print quality.
"This postcard campaign is a live example of what MindFire enables for printers and their customers," said Dave Rosendahl, President of MindFire. "Every person who scans that code will experience something no standard marketing piece can deliver: a real conversation, personalized for them, powered by AI."
Partner Session: From Order Taker to Demand Generator — Monday, March 9 | 9:15–9:45 AM | Rockies Bootcamp
On Monday, March 9 (9:15–9:45 AM, Rockies Bootcamp), Dave Rosendahl will lead a partner session titled From Order Taker to Demand Generator: How AI Changes the Conversation. Your clients want measurable results, not just ink on paper, but most print sales teams don't know the right questions to ask. They wait for the RFP instead of uncovering the pain. They talk about features instead of outcomes. They sell to procurement instead of marketing. In this session, Rosendahl shows attendees how to lead conversations that position them as strategic partners, and demonstrates how AI-powered direct mail gives print professionals something no competitor can offer: a live demo that sells itself. Watch real conversations between mail recipients and AI agents, then learn how to use this "blue ocean" capability to get in the door, ask better questions, and transform from order taker to demand generator.
She*t for Brains at Dscoop Edge Rockies — Tuesday, March 10, 2026
She*t for Brains is a not-for-profit initiative born out of a shared recognition that the print industry, like many industries, has long avoided honest conversations about mental health, burnout, and the personal cost of leadership. Co-founded by Rosendahl, Jon Bailey, Jessica DeCola, and Christopher Minn, the initiative is grounded in genuine connection and a commitment to creating space where people feel heard, supported, and open to perspectives different from their own, without judgment.
Backed by several industry organizations, She*t for Brains has grown into a community of over 420 active members with an industry reach of 57,000 across the globe, delivering more than 60 sessions to date. Through partnerships with credentialed psychology and counseling experts, the initiative provides access to proven strategies around wellness, resilience, leadership, work-life balance, and the management of stress and anxiety in the workplace.
“While corporate goals matter, making a difference in even one life makes this initiative worthwhile.” — Rosendahl, Minn, DeCola, and Bailey
At Dscoop Edge Rockies, She*t for Brains will host three sessions on Tuesday, March 10, all held in Summit 8/9, each designed to open conversations that rarely happen out loud:
1:15 PM – 2:00 PM | Becoming Resilient: Recovery and Recalibration in High-Pressure Leadership — Glenn Packiam will host this keynote which reframes burnout not as weakness, but as a predictable response to sustained pressure, pace, and expectation. Leaders will leave with a clearer understanding of early warning signs, personal risk factors, and practical ways to stay effective without sacrificing health or identity.
2:15 PM – 3:00 PM | Strong People, Stronger Teams: Building Resilient Organizations Through Emotional Intelligence — Moderated by the keynote speaker and delivered with the She*t for Brains team, this interactive session explores how emotional intelligence directly impacts culture, decision-making, and long-term results. Attendees will take away practical tools to create trust, reduce burnout across teams, and lead with clarity under pressure. 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM | The Bit We Don't Say Out Loud: Leadership, Mental Health & the Cost of Always Being 'Fine' — The raw conversation that usually only happens behind closed doors, if at all. Featuring voices from across the print industry with a roaming mic and no rehearsed answers, this session is designed to be uncomfortable in the right way: human, real, and deeply relatable.
