Dortmund – CloudLab Web to Print Solutions is pleased to welcome a highly experienced addition to the team: Nicole Royar has joined the headquarters in Dortmund as a Customer Success Manager. With over 30 years of industry experience, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of digital processes, she brings everything needed to successfully guide customer projects into the future.
After completing her vocational training as a typesetter, Nicole Royar studied printing technology with a focus on business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Wuppertal. Her career has taken her through various leadership roles in the printing industry from commercial management to executive leadership. For more than 15 years, she headed the well-known printing company SDK Systemdruck Koeln, and from 2016 onwards, she also led production at RM Rudolf Mueller Medien, joining the company’s executive board in 2020.
“After many years on the other side of the table, I ?nd it both exciting and refreshing to now actively contribute to forward-looking technologies. CloudLab is the perfect place for me to bring in my experience while continuing to learn about digital transformation – that’s what makes this new beginning so special to me,” Nicole Royar explains.
As Customer Success Manager, she plays a key role in customer relations and project support. With her in-depth industry knowledge and passion for modern, cloud-based software solutions, she ensures that each client’s speci?c needs are translated into tailor-made online shop systems.
