At drupa 2024, Kodak presents PRINERGY Access 2.0, the ultimate print portal for file preparation with seamless connectivity to any digital production solution. PRINERGY Access 2.0 puts print buyers in control of file preparation from anywhere and streamlines file submission, preparation, layout and routing of production-ready files. This saves time and eliminates costly errors by flattening the file submission and preparation cycle.

PRINERGY Access 2.0 processes files and fixes issues on the fly or indicates corrections to be made. Once processed a printer’s customer can proof, annotate, edit and approve the job. The approved file is ready to be sent to print. The browser-based solution includes new proprietary Intelligent Layout technology which creates the imposition dynamically and accurately based on the printer’s specific production line. Intelligent Layout reduces waste by automating complex tasks and reducing manual touchpoints.

Access 2.0 can route the job directly to any digital press or workflow and stores files securely on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. It also includes a feature-rich customer portal with Smart Review as well as Kodak’s industry-leading Preflight+, color management, file management, backup, trapping and routing software
