Crawford Technologies Introduces SaaS Post-composition Solution at PRINTING United

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, will showcase a range of workflow and output management solutions that optimize and improve the secure and accessible delivery of customer communications in Booth #N723 at the 2022 PRINTING United Expo. The trade show is being held October 19-21 in Las Vegas.

Crawford Technologies is introducing the new cSimpl, a SaaS document reengineering service designed for print manufacturers and their resellers. cSimpl fills the gap for affordable, simplified, optimization software that makes it possible to quickly fix problematic PDF files, as well as optimize files for printing and mailing using a cloud service. It is offered as a white label solution, so dealers can sell it as their own branded service with a “pay as you go” low cost of entry.

The following solutions will also be featured:

PRO DocNow – a fully automated and audited SaaS solution for document reengineering that gives both print service providers and enterprises document transformation and reengineering capabilities that support rapid turnaround and secure transmission with complete audit control

PRO Conductor – an integration platform that orchestrates every step of an end-to-end workflow—from document composition to delivery. A powerful web-based dashboard allows internal operations control and management and customer view-only access to real-time job status and SLAs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

PDF Accelerator – a solution that streamlines and optimizes PDFs for print, enabling significantly faster processing, reduced pre-press processing job time and onboarding time

AccessibilityNow® – a complete platform for the creation and management of accessible documents for ADA and Section 508 compliance. Providing high levels of automation and integration into any environment, the platform includes software solutions and a wide range of tailored services to meet the document accessibility needs of all organizations

“We look forward to showcasing our solutions at PRINTING United that respond to the demand for a higher level of automation that is taking place in the printing industry,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “We are pleased that our innovative technologies are successfully providing organizations with the ease of use and agility needed to proactively adapt to the speed required to meet today’s customer challenges.”
