Boston, USA / Appenzell, Switzerland: GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announces Henri Dura, managing director of Neopost Document Solutions, will take the position of CEO of GMC Software Technology with immediate effect. Dura succeeds René Müller, founder and current president and CEO of the company. 

France-based Neopost, a worldwide supplier of mailroom solutions, acquired GMC Software Technology in July 2012 as part of Neopost’s Document Solutions Group. Under Dura’s direction, GMC Software Technology will continue to operate autonomously.

Dura brings both marketing insight and international experience to GMC. In 2011, he was managing director of Neopost Document Solutions, responsible for building and growing the newly created Document Solutions Division. Prior to that, he held the role of chief marketing and strategy officer for the company, moving from managing director of Neopost France. Before joining Neopost, Dura held positions at Xerox, France Telecom, Kyocera and Pitney Bowes. He is a graduate of France’s Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris with a degree in economics and finance.

Müller moves to become the chairman of the board and will take a full and active role focusing on business development.
