Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, IL  July 9, 2007 - InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading provider of print procurement solutions to corporate clients in the United States, announced today that it has acquired privately-held Brown+Partners, Inc., a leading provider of print management services based in suburban Philadelphia.
Founded in 1999, Brown+Partners’ broad service offerings include direct mail, commercial printing, promotional products and e-commerce solutions. In 2006, Brown+Partners had more than 25 employees, including four sales representatives, and generated revenue of $17 million. Its client roster includes large, public companies headquartered in the Philadelphia market.
“The excellent reputation of Brown+Partners and its strong sales presence in the Philadelphia market made it an attractive acquisition candidate for us,” said Eric D. Belcher, Chief Operating Officer at InnerWorkings.
“We have been extremely impressed with the capabilities and functionality of InnerWorkings’ procurement technology,” said Michael Brown, who along with his wife Beth founded Brown+Partners and will serve as the InnerWorkings general manager for the Philadelphia market. “We expect that integration to the InnerWorkings’ platform over the next few months will result in significant benefits for our clients and business.”
