Excellent points across the board. Two in particular are sage advice.
1. The MIS implementation is never finished. When it is, so is your business.
2. Isolated data pools are often the result of short sighted ERP. Being able to hit the data cube and parse out a report can reveal opportunities that often go unnoticed. This is the bane of the SMB market.
With data you need to be all in to benefit from the biz intelligence you generate with every order.
