That was a really fun interview/conversation with my old buddy Sal - The Real Mac Daddy!

The software I was referring to can be found on our website here https://aldertech.com/product/coraye/
I use the Color Table module together with the ChromaChecker Color Inspector to create and catalog custom ASE and CXF libraries. https://aldertech.com/product/chromachecker-inspectors/ Reach out for more info [email protected]

Lots of questions on how to get Pantone Color Manager included with Pantone Guides:
1. Find the registration page in the newer guides, usually first or second page of guide.
2. Register your guide using registration code, at the bottom of the page.
3. You should receive an acknowledgment back from Pantone that you are registered.
4. Download Pantone Color Manager for Windows or Mac.
5. Activate your copy of PCM using the same registration code that you registered guide with.

Lot's of questions on how to export from Pantone Color Manager as well as how to use them within an organization that has a qualified copy of PCM, please see link.

Wanted to post a quick update for those who have not looked at pricing recently, Adobe CC for most creatives is about $54.00 per month, (all 20 CC apps), the price of Pantone Connect Premium is now $7.99 per month, so about 15% of whole 20 app CC suite. Very recently, Adobe announced that the Pantone libraries would remain included until end of August 2022 and that the Pantone + CMYK Coated and Pantone+ CMYK Uncoated, as well as the Pantone+ Metallic Coated would remain in CC (PS, ILL, IND).
