Accent Impression Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Heidelberg Speedmaster

Press release from the issuing company

Kennesaw, Ga. – Accent Impression, a family business in Montreal, Quebec, is celebrating its 30th anniversary by looking back on its technological improvements throughout its history. One investment that stands out is the Speedmaster XL 106-5+L from Heidelberg, which has allowed the company to market to higher-end clients thanks to the machine’s ability to produce quick turnaround times and incredible print quality.

Investing in a Successful Future
As a one-press shop, Accent Impression depends on its press to produce its products at industry-leading speeds. Prior to the XL 106, Accent Impression was not keeping up with the demands requested from higher-end clients. According to Tony Zara, President of Accent Impression, “We were working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, and we couldn’t keep up with the workload that was being requested of us. We knew that if we wanted the company to continue to grow, we had to invest in the best technology in the industry.”

'The XL 106 is twice as fast as Accent Impression’s previous press and is helping to free up capacity in order to steadily grow the company as it goes after new projects in the future.

“This press gives us the ability to turn around jobs last minute, which is crucial in today’s market,” said Zara. “We aren’t concerned about the outcome of our products like we used to be. We know that the quality of our work will exceed our customers’ standards, and we’ll get it to them on-time.”

Working with the Speedmaster XL 106 is a long list of Heidelberg’s Saphira Consumables, Stahlfolders and POLAR cutters, which are helping contribute to Accent Impression’s current and future success.

The family business is continuously expanding, and Zara looks to his two sons, Adam and Anthony, who have grown in the company and today, oversee all operations. According to Zara, “I’m particularly excited to see how the younger generation will use this industry-leading technology to take our company to the next level in the years to come.”
