HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL, September 13, 2002-Lucid Dream Software, which recently introduced I-Trap (TM), the raster-based in-RIP and interactive trapping solution for the Harlequin (R) Scriptworks RIP, recently named Mark J. Youngbrandt, of Tinley Park, IL, Midwest regional sales manager.
Youngbrandt is responsible for managing Lucid Dream's sales operations in the company's Midwest region and for developing new business in the area. Among the products he is representing to the territory's printers and graphic arts firms are I-Trap for the Harlequin RIP, PDFflow for the Heidelberg Delta (TM) RIP, and OnTimeProof, a remote virtual proofing solution.
Previously, Youngbrandt was a technical sales representative with a major graphics arts supplier. He was responsible for managing the firm's direct and dealer accounts and for developing new business in the Midwest.
Before that Youngbrandt was with Midwest Ink Company, Broadview, IL; and Goss Graphic Systems, Inc., Westmont, IL, a manufacturer of Web offset printing presses, for nine years. He was also with Regenstiener Press, West Chicago, IL, a printing firm, for 10 years.
