PIA/GATF Hires Nancy Shafranski-Campobello as New Marketing Director

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA (August 14, 2002) – The Printing Industries of America, Inc. (PIA) and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) have hired a new marketing director, Nancy Shafranski-Campobello. "We are delighted to welcome Nancy to the PIA/GATF team. She is a results-oriented team builder with industry knowledge and an understanding of the GATF product line, having been a print buyer for many years. She is going to be an outstanding asset to our organization," said Michael Makin, CEO of PIA/GATF. Shafranski-Campobello brings a wealth of experience in database marketing, plan development, market research and direct mail to the position. "I grew up in the printing industry and I am familiar with the affiliate structure. It is going to be very exciting to work with PIA/GATF members and affiliates to continue the excellence the organizations are known for. This is challenging time for the industry and PIA/GATF has the tools to help our members confront the future," she said. Nancy is married to Mark Campobello, the chief financial officer for the American Urological Association; the couple has two daughters.
