GRANDVILLE, Mich.--July 8, 2002--X-Rite, Incorporated, a leading global provider of technology solutions measuring color, light and shape, today launched the X-RiteColor Premier 8000 Series benchtop spherical spectrophotometer.
The Premier 8000 Series benchtop delivers a host of new capabilities for precise color measurement, featuring built-in digital image capture technology, vertical and horizontal positioning, an easy-access transmission measurement chamber, and inter-instrument agreement.
Available to ship early Fall 2002, the Premier 8000 Series addresses color measurement for a wide variety of industries including plastics, glass, liquids, foods, petroleum and coatings. Offered in two models, the 8400 and 8200, customers will be able to choose the product that best fits their business needs.
