ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA (June 18, 2002) – The Printing Industries of America’s (PIA) Executive Development Department will be hosting a one and a half day seminar, "Capturing the Sales Edge," October 5th and 6th at McCormick Place South in Chicago, Illinois.
PIA is pleased to announce that Ron Seavey, a 30-year veteran in the printing industry, will be leading the seminar.
"Ron previously served as Vice-President of Sales for Wallace Computer Services, a provider of print and print-related services with annual sales of $1.5 Billion. The techniques presented in Capturing the Sales Edge were the driving force behind a 300% increase in sales," said Diane Koch, Director, Educational Services for PIA. "We are very excited about the fact that PIA members and attendees will be able to draw from Seavey’s success and implement techniques that will equal success at home."
Conference highlights will include:
Being competitive without lowering prices,
Designing products and services that make print providers unique,
Reducing peaks and valleys in profitability, resulting in confident decisions about investing in new technology.
