QuarkXPress 5.01 is available for download (www.quark.com) at no charge to users of QuarkXPress 5.0 software. Enhanced features QuarkXPress 5.01 consists primarily of performance enhancements that will ensure faster and more reliable operation of the software. Administrators of large QuarkXPress sites will have greater peace of mind thanks to a new emergency feature in Quark License Administrator. If network service becomes disabled, QuarkXPress users can use an emergency key launch sequence to launch QuarkXPress 5.01 for up to 120 hours while the network is re-established.
