Kennesaw, GA – Heidelberg USA recently launched Heidelberg Connect, a new resource center for customers to easily access relevant information for their next strategic investment. In addition to the new website (which is complementary to the existing Heidelberg website), customers can now download the free Heidelberg Connect app available for iPhone and Android via the App Store and Google Play Store.
Meet the Newest Member of Your Team
The purpose of Heidelberg Connect is to support customers in their purchasing decisions by highlighting trends in printing technologies and the business reasons behind Heidelberg’s most recent installations. Subscribers get the first look at Heidelberg’s latest news updates and educational resources as well as key developments in the graphic communications industry.
“From our research, it is clear that customers explore potential investments through ‘self-discovery’ well before engaging with a supplier,” said Andy Rae, Senior Vice President, Equipment & Marketing, Heidelberg Americas. “We wanted to provide a convenient, one-stop resource center for customers to investigate industry trends, discover key ways to improve performance and determine the business reasons why other customers purchased certain solutions.”

At Your Fingertips
With a broad spectrum of integrated offerings, Heidelberg provides tailored, future-oriented solutions to help current and potential customers achieve their business goals. By combining industry expertise and customer feedback, Heidelberg Connect allows our trained experts to better assist you in understanding how to optimize your print manufacturing process and maximize profitability from start to finish. Both the website and new app ensure that you have access to the appropriate materials at your fingertips in order to make the right investment decisions for your business.
“Equipment techs and specs are not why a customer should invest,” said Rae. “The true driving factor should be what the solution will do for the customers’ bottom line. Two primary reasons to invest are to rationalize costs, or expand capacity. Through this platform, we aim to provide valuable information on improving productivity, driving down costs and finding the best solution to fit our customers’ needs and requirements. We hope that Heidelberg Connect will assist customers in that journey.”
