Press release from the issuing company

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, June 12, 2002 -- Garry Lundberg, owner of Allegra Print & Imaging in San Antonio, Texas, was one of 30 business leaders in the world recently honored with the Franchisee of the Year Award from the International Franchise Association (IFA), the world's largest franchising trade group. Sponsored by Pepsi-Cola, the award recognizes franchisees as outstanding operators who have performed in an exemplary manner during the year. Lundberg received the prestigious award at the 42nd annual IFA convention in Florida. "We nominated Garry because of his extraordinary contributions to our franchise system," said Steve White, executive vice president of marketing and franchise support at Allegra Network LLC. "As he continues to strive for, and reach, new business milestones he in turn focuses on building our organization as well." Lundberg recently completed his term as chairperson of the National Advisory Council (NAC), where he transformed the NAC into a group of 12 franchise members that work in conjunction with the Allegra management team to form, develop and implement company strategy. Lundberg emphasized the significance of presenting a united front at all meetings, and encouraged increased input from franchise members of all regions. Lundberg opened his business in 1990 along with his wife, Pat. Their business is among the top 10 percent within their printing franchise. Allegra Print & Imaging is a member of Allegra Network LLC, the world's second largest printing franchise, linking more than 500 locations in North America, Japan and Poland.
