The new tests are the first in a series of several releases. The Adobe InDesign Fundamentals assessment tests the skills required to create text and graphic frames, print proofs and PDF files, and use color and gradients, blocking and packaging. Compositing Images for Adobe Photoshop and Extensis Mask Pro assesses the knowledge needed to correctly utilize the Photoshop selection tool, create and mask layers, work with selections and employ the tools of Extensis Mask Pro. “Assessments are a key component of the StaffingTools solution,” said Julie Jankowski, Director of Corporate Accounts. “Corporate administrators will have the benefit of screening and testing skill levels of potential prepress and graphics employees as well as their current staff.
