NowDocs Licenses ASP Technology to a Taylor Corp. Company

Press release from the issuing company

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.-May 24, 2002--NowDocs Inc. today announced that it has exclusively licensed its award-winning, browser-based, print-on-demand, application service provider (ASP) technology to a Taylor Corp. Company. This agreement combines NowDocs' technology with the world-class hosting environment, production network, extensive penetration in the world of corporate printing, and industry experience provided by the Taylor Corp. Companies. As a result of this relationship, NowDocs' enterprise customers will now have available a true, fully integrated print on demand solution. NowDocs' ASP technology coupled with the Taylor Companies' industry experience and production network is ideal for customers with demanding print requirements allowing them to improve workflow, cut turn-around time and avoid the cost of "leakage" when print jobs are taken to higher priced retail copy shops. The ASP technology includes three easy-to-use modules for ordering, production management and administration. NowDocs' ASP software is an ideal complement to Taylor Corp. Companies' Single Resource Engine, a best-of-breed, Web-based, print procurement system, which contains the broadest array of product configuration and order placement solutions available in the market today. NowDocs' ASP will be fully integrated into the Single Resource Engine. "By licensing our ASP technology and integrating it with the Single Resource Engine, NowDocs has found the ideal partner with the vast array of resources and industry experience required to make the NowDocs technology the de facto industry standard for Web job submission," said Brad Adamske, founder and CEO of NowDocs. "We're enthusiastic about this relationship not only because of their position in the marketplace, but also because they are quality companies with quality people and an excellent reputation in the industry." "Our agreement with NowDocs provides our customers with what we believe to be the best technology in the marketplace today," said Jeff Eccles, vice president of information technology for Taylor Corp. "Our companies are about providing the best solutions for their customers and by licensing NowDocs' ASP technology and integrating with our Single Resource Engine and print production network, we believe we now have a solution unparalleled in the marketplace."
