DAYTON, Ohio--May 23, 2002--Standard Register Fulfillment Services announced today the launch of EDP Express, a new offering that expands its suite of electronic document presentment solutions.
"Our EDP Express solution is an easy and inexpensive first step for clients who are interested in presenting documents to their customers via the Internet," said Andrea Cassese, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Fulfillment Services. "Because EDP Express offers a standard set of features it allows clients to get up and running quickly with minimal investment."
EDP Express allows clients to electronically present exact replicas of current bills, statements and other customer documents on their Internet or Intranet. With EDP Express, clients' customers have around-the-clock access to statements, bills and other documents via the Internet. Customers can view a document as many times as they want and even print or download a copy for their records at their convenience.
"The benefits of EDP Express go beyond its low cost and ease of use, " remarks Jim Galvin, Market Manager for Fulfillment Services. "EDP Express provides our clients with an integrated communications platform. With one data file, we can help clients communicate with their customers in print or electronically. We can also archive copies of their customer documents via CD-ROM for quick and easy storage and retrieval."
In addition to EDP Express, Fulfillment Services offers custom solutions for electronic bill payment and more.
"EDP solutions are part of our Internet strategy to position ourselves as a technological leader in the document outsourcing industry," Cassese said. "As the industry becomes more Internet-driven, we will be there to meet the increasing demand for Web-based solutions."
