KENNESAW, Ga. – June 2, 2004 – Heidelberg USA announces the following new product installations: OmniPrint Installs First Speedbander 603 OmniPrint Newsletter and Direct Mail Services, Inc., of Lanham, Md., recently installed a Heidelberg Speedbander 603 Automatic Bander with Stahlfolder TD 78-4 Topline Buckle Folder. OmniPrint specializes in newsletters and direct mail projects for a wide range of customers in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. It was the first U.S. installation of the Speedbander 603. U.S. Army Installs Four Small-Format DI Presses The 3rd Psychological Operations Battalion, Alpha Company, the U.S. Army’s printing division, recently installed four Heidelberg QM DI Pro small format digital imaging presses. The division, located in Fort Bragg, N.C., prints millions of brochures, newsletters, posters and leaflets for military personnel and operations every day. The Army relies on Heidelberg systems to handle a wide variety of its printing needs around the world. Colour Allure Adds Prepress, Press, Postpress Equipment Colour Allure, Inc., located in Greenville, S.C., recently installed several Heidelberg systems including a Printmaster QM 46 small format press, Quicksetter 300E plate setter, a POLAR cutter and Heidelberg’s quick folding system. Colour Allure prints letterhead, envelopes, business cards, brochures, postcards and training manuals for many different companies in the local area. This 15-year-old family-run business recently expanded its facility to accommodate its new equipment and better serve its clients.
