KODAK's MARKETMOVER Now Supports KODAK INSITE Systems
Press release from the issuing company
Rochester, NY -- To help commercial printers grow their businesses and enhance their offerings to clients, Kodak has expanded its MARKETMOVER Business Development Services to include KODAK INSITE Systems. Through this addition to the MARKETMOVER Program, Kodak further supports customers' efforts in selling new value-added services and strengthening relationships with their clients.
Based on the positive feedback from digital print customers using MARKETMOVER Services, Kodak recognized the opportunities and benefits of broadening the service to address the needs of workflow software customers. MARKETMOVER Services are now available for customers using the KODAK INSITE Systems.
"Our focus was to leverage digital solutions to streamline our customers' print procurement processes," said Terry Krailo, Vice President Sales and Marketing, Classic Printers. "We participated in two sales workshops as part of the MARKETMOVER Services program, and within six weeks we had 18 percent of orders coming through the INSITE Storefront System and are currently printing as many as 20 to 25 jobs per day on our NEXPRESS Press as a result. This is an excellent boost for our business and we're also better meeting the needs of our clients."
Classic Printers, a commercial printer based in Houston, uses the KODAK INSITE Storefront System, KODAK INSITE Prepress Portal System and a KODAK NEXPRESS M700 Digital Color Press. "Kodak helped us move into the digital realm, build custom solutions and achieve revenue goals for clients-and we're confident we'll reach our goal of 80 percent client online usage by end of year," added Krailo.
According to Noel Ward, an expert in the digital print industry, this expansion of the MARKETMOVER Services program offers benefits to printers and their customers. "These days, it's very important to make it easy for your customers to do business with you," said Ward, Managing Director, Brimstone Hill Associates. "Combining KODAK INSITE Workflow Solutions with MARKETMOVER Services should make it easier for printers to bring in more business."
"The MARKETMOVER Business Development Services offering has proven to be a powerful program to help users of KODAK Digital Printing Products and Services market and sell their services. It also helps print services providers transform their business to become marketing services providers by offering business level consulting, sales training and support, sales tools and marketing programs," said Robert Barbera, Director, Business Development Services, US&C Region, Kodak.
