Contract Expansion Based on Successful Ten-Year Business Relationship VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--Oct. 21, 2002--IKON Office Solutions announced today that it has been awarded a national contract with Shook, Hardy and Bacon, LLP to provide facilities management and related services. The expansion of this contract to a national scope is a reflection of both IKON's long-standing relationship with the prominent law firm and its capabilities as a national service provider. IKON had previously provided facilities management services to the firm's Kansas City office. IKON will provide a solution comprised of a blend of copier/printer equipment, on-site and off-site outsourcing services, and digital imaging services. As part of its on-site services, IKON will staff and manage Shook, Hardy and Bacon's copy centers and mailrooms as well as providing general office support services such as hospitality and supply management.
