Dialogue Helps CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services Produce Fully Personalized Statements and Dramatically Improve Time to Market September 18, 2002--www.exstream.com--Exstream Software, Inc. announced today that CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services (CIGNA), a leading asset management and retirement services firm, has chosen its Dialogue software to produce newly designed retirement statements customized to the needs of nearly 3,200 plan sponsors and 1.5 million plan participants in CIGNA-provided defined-contribution and defined-benefit retirement plans. CIGNA's new statement required software that could provide extensive, personalized messaging capabilities, dynamically insert charts and logos, and facilitate development and implementation of statement enhancements to within a three-month production cycle. Dialogue offered CIGNA the flexibility, scalability, and personalization capabilities required to produce the new statements to their specifications. Dialogue's open architecture and ability to process an unlimited number of input files will allow CIGNA to collect and update client data from multiple record-keeping systems and leverage that data to personalize messages and incorporate high-end graphics in each communication.
