Printcafe: Tim Daisy To Speak On JDF at Forthcoming CIP4 Seminars

Daisy to outline importance of JDF capability for Printcafe’s products at Seybold, San Francisco and Graph Expo CIP4 Seminars PITTSBURGH, PA (September 9, 2002) Printcafe Software, Inc. [NASDAQ: PCAF], the operating system for print, has announced that Tim Daisy, product manager for computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) solutions at Printcafe Software, Inc. will speak at a series of CIP4 seminars at two upcoming industry events, Seybold 2002, held this week in San Francisco, and Graph Expo, to be held this October in Chicago. Tim Daisy, who has over ten years of experience in cycle time reduction and business process improvement, will speak on the panel "What is CIP4's JDF and how can it help my print workflow?" He will also answer printers’ questions about JDF's practical benefits as well as outlining Printcafe’s JDF-based products. "The JDF standard represents an opportunity for the printing industry to further streamline operations and remove wasted time and effort from the planning and production process," said Daisy.
