Dixie Web installs a New Muller Martini

Press release from the issuing company

Bravo-S stitching system in the Big Easy New Orleans, Louisiana — Dixie Web has streamlined its book finishing operation with the recent installation of a Bravo-S saddle stitching system from Muller Martini. The new machine will equip Dixie Web to provide its customers with a variety of services. Bravo S’s modular design allows its feeders and peripherals to be configured to produce an array of stitched products. It handles both one-up and two-up production and can accommodate high folio, low folio or suction opening of signatures. Cost-efficiency will also be enhanced at Dixie Web. Its new Muller Martini stitcher automates makereadies by allowing operators to program the machine from a central control panel, and it runs at speeds of up to 12,000 cycles/hour.
