Presstek Appoints Global Brand Manager for Heidelberg Quickmaster DI

HUDSON, N.H., Aug. 13 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading developer of thermal direct imaging and printing plate technologies for the printing and graphic arts industries, today announced that Carl Brucher has been promoted to the position of Global Brand Manager, Quickmaster DI.
In his new position, as Global Brand Manager, Brucher will promote the Quickmaster DI brand in the market place by serving as the liaison between Presstek's DI Business Unit and Heidelberg's sales channels and customers. Brucher will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing programs to promote the growth and expansion of Presstek's Quickmaster DI laser imaging and thermal media product lines.

Brucher has been with Presstek since August 1996. Most recently he held the position of North American Sales Manager. In this position he worked with Presstek's sales team and distribution partners to implement the Company's imaging solutions. Previously he held the positions of Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Northeast Sales Executive. Prior to Presstek, Carl held a variety of sales and marketing positions at Xerox and International Paper.
