Sheridan expands its expertise in the educational music publishing industry

BRAINERD, MN–Sheridan, a CJK Group Company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of select business assets of Vicks Lithograph & Printing Corp (“Vicks Print”) and Vicks Logistics Corp (“Vicks Logistics”). Vicks’ employees and customer print work will transition into Sheridan’s print and distribution operations at the Sheridan Pennsylvania facility in Hanover, PA, while the Vicks Logistics warehouse will continue to operate under the Sheridan name in Central New York. Sheridan looks forward to serving the music, niche educational, and religious publishing industries with the same dedication and quality that Vicks’ customers have trusted for generations.
