Statesboro, GA — Lewis Color, a family-owned and operated trade printer headquartered in Statesboro, Georgia, has acquired the commercial and digital print assets of Apex Color, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The acquisition officially closed on October 13, 2025, marking another milestone in Lewis Color’s ongoing growth and investment in the print industry.

As part of the transaction, Wise, a leader in business forms, labels, and digital printing, acquired Apex Color’s business forms assets, while Lewis Color acquired Apex’s commercial and digital print operations.
