Guy,
digital imaging is also influencing cosmetics and health industry. What was accomplished in printing is about to come to "people imaging". Kodak made a huge mistake by selling it's health segment to Carestream.
If you are looking for a next step to take in a right direction I suggest to check out what is going on in a cosmetic imaging and digital dentistry. EFI could solve the missing link between automation, color matching and digital workflow production. Companies who are currently in that segment miss color knowledge, workflow integration and database handling.
