Mark - great video to share with our industry. I loved especially your comment of "Always Think Backward." I published such an article on this topic many years ago in the American Printer Magazine. Always made my RIT students and industry seminar participants aware of the importance of Finishing and the importance when planning a printed product that they are starting from the end. This avoids many headaches and problems. Best if all, most Print-Finishing experts may have ideas that will result into a cost reductions.
