This week, Warren talks with Richard Kouwenhoven, President & COO of Hemlock Printers, a 52-year-old company based In British Columbia. Since more than 80% of Hemlock’s work is offset, March and April saw a dramatic drop in volume, although it has been creeping back up. Thanks to help from the Canadian government, Hemlock did not have to lay off any employees.
