SinaLite Expands Wholesale Label Capacity with New HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press

Press release from the issuing company

SinaLite, a leading North American online wholesale trade printer, is expanding label production operations with the addition of a HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press, offering higher productivity and quality to meet demand for its growing label business, especially in the US.

A full ecommerce business operated through sinalite.com, the majority of SinaLite’s label clientele are print brokers for flexo houses needing to outsource shorter and more complicated runs of up to 50,000 labels. Founded 20 years ago, a label division was established three years ago focusing on roll labels and stickers.

“The HP Indigo 6900 is the next step in the expansion of SinaLite’s wholesale label services, providing high-resolution print quality, higher capacity, and unlimited substrate flexibility from paper to synthetics,” said Mike Meshkati, SinaLite president. “This new equipment will enable us to deliver the quality and fast turnaround demanded by clients while keeping prices competitive.”

Initially, SinaLite will be transferring paper and BOPP substrate work to the HP Indigo press.

The new label press will run alongside two HP Indigo 12000 digital presses, as SinaLite continues to grow digital printing and transfer work from offset to digital. The HP Indigo 12000 delivers a full range of applications including cards using special substrates such as synthetics, metallic and Kraft.

SiteLite uses high automation to power its web-to-print business, including automatic pre-flighting of files for production, printing and shipping within 48 hours.

Additionally, SinaLite deploys HP PrintOS productivity tools to optimize operations and uptime, including Print Beat and Analyzer.

SinaLite offers wholesale printing services exclusively to print resellers, including brokers, designers, copy houses, sign shops and marketing agencies. It has become a leading trade printer in America, offering savings on average up to 15% in print costs for a range of products to over 10,000 print brokers and print shops ranging from business cards, postcards, marketing collateral, signs, labels and apparel.
