WASHINGTON – American Forest & Paper Association President and CEO Donna Harman issued the following statement regarding President Trump’s tax reform proposal.

Tax reform is desperately needed to unleash our industry’s ability to invest, innovate and compete on a greater scale at home and around the globe. With 900,000 employees in family-wage jobs in large and small communities across 45 states, the forest products industry is the face of U.S. manufacturing. We look forward to working with the President and Congress to advance our shared goals of growing the economy and creating economic opportunity for all Americans now and in decades to come.”
