Colordyne Technologies Welcomes Michael Offerman as Parts & Service Manager

BROOKFIELD, WI - Colordyne Technologies is pleased to announce Michael Offerman has joined the company in the role of Parts and Service Manager, reporting to Technical Director, Ron Brown. Offerman brings 33 years of experience in printing, finishing, engineering, customer service, installation, management, and team development to Colordyne's technical team. He will be responsible for technical support, training, field service and parts activities in order to provide superior customer service to Colordyne's clients.  

Offerman began his career with Quad/Graphics in 1983 as a staff engineer. Over the years, based on his achievements, he moved to application engineering, customer service manager, and on to managing installation, service, and support teams across the United States. His experience spans working with end-users and OEMS world-wide to address the needs and service requirements of each channel.
