SAYVILLE, NY – The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), the leading authority in sustainable printing certifications, announced today that Kodak has become a platinum SGP Patron, the highest level. SGP Patrons recognize and support SGP’s continuing role in advancing the benefits of sustainable practices and certification within the print community.

"Our partnership with SGP is an example of Kodak's commitment to the environment and the implementation of a more sustainable print supply chain. When it comes to sustainability within the print industry, our goals are aligned with those of SGP," said Jim Continenza, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kodak. "Kodak continues to invest in innovative products and solutions that fuel sustainable growth for our company and our customers. As an SGP Patron, we will play an active role in driving the industry's transformation toward more eco-friendly and resource-saving business practices and improving the sustainability profile of print."

“Kodak demonstrates its strong commitment to a circular economy through its broad sustainability program, especially as it relates to the print production process and support on their customers in sustainability,” said Marci Kinter, SGP co-founder, Executive Committee and PRINTING United Alliance representative. “Kodak is already making an impact by helping its customers understand the importance of third-party sustainability validation like that of the SGP sustainability certification.”
