Quadient to Speak at Guidewire Connections on How Journey Mapping Improves the Customer Experience

Press release from the issuing company

Milford, Conn. – Quadient, a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, announced it will be speaking and exhibiting at the Guidewire Connections Reimagined virtual conference on Nov. 18-19. The conference draws Guidewire technology users, as well as the expanding Guidewire PartnerConnect ecosystem.

Quadient, a Guidewire PartnerConnect Solution partner and a sponsor of the event, will demonstrate how mapping customer journeys transforms the customer experience. Quadient Customer Journey Mapping is a cloud-based journey mapping tool that incorporates the digital and physical touchpoints customers interact with into an actionable journey map. Customer experience teams make improvements in real time as they share feedback with business users directly through the tool. Quadient will also demonstrate the award-winning Quadient Inspire, a customer communications management (CCM) platform that integrates with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, enabling the delivery of omnichannel communications that are ready for Guidewire. Quadient will demonstrate how consolidating communications to one platform can reduce operational and maintenance costs, increase consistency, improve efficiency and reduce compliance risk.

Also during the conference, Andi Dominguez, principal, global healthcare and insurance, Quadient, and Scott Herron, IT content services supervisor with EMC Insurance, will present the session, “The Data Goldmine: Leveraging Guidewire PolicyCenter Data to Improve Customer Experience,” on Nov. 19. Attendees will take away:

How customer journey mapping is accelerating digital transformation

How to define a long-lasting, customer-first architecture

How Quadient Inspire streamlines the processes for the production and management of forms, from paper to digital
