The Two Parallel Workflows of Your Print Business

I like it....it's an interesting way to think about things and describe them, perhaps a little more intuitive than the usual "hub and spoke" model we often hear and use to describe the MIS/ERP role in the workflow. Nicely suited for "flowchart thinking."
