Press release from the issuing company

April 19, 2002 -- KBA, the world´s no. 3 press manufacturer, relaunched its website on April 16 to coincide with the press conference on financial statements for 2001. Alongside a new layout - the last one preceded Drupa 2000 - the main purpose of the facelift is to expand the number of functions so that visitors can find their way around much faster. News, product information and investor relations data can now be located and accessed much faster, and navigation has been improved for easier orientation within the extensive site. It is also possible to switch directly and instantly between individual pages. To facilitate searches in the 700-odd pages (German/ English) the website now features an expanded and refined search function which enables the user to locate items with greater precision by selecting diverse options. In the News section it is also possible to search by topic, technological term or date of publication. The main KBA website (www.kba-print.de/www.kba-print.com) now embraces websites for its subsidiaries in the US (www.kba-print.com/pa and www.kba-print.com/vt) and the UK (www.kba-print.co.uk).
