The Swiss family-owned company Hoffmann Neopac is acquiring the production lines for hinged lid cans from Trivium Packaging in the Netherlands, thereby strengthening its market position for specialty cans in Europe.

Thun, Switzerland - Hoffmann Neopac, a global supplier of high-quality metal and plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries, is acquiring the production lines for hinged lid cans from Trivium Packaging in Deventer, the Netherlands. With this acquisition, Hoffmann Neopac strengthens its market position for specialty cans in Europe. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
