Company to showcase new strategy, key leaders & go-to-market focus

Shoreview, Minn. – Today, Deluxe announced that it will host its first Analyst Day in more than a decade in New York City on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Deluxe, a Trusted Business Technology™ company, is inviting analysts to hear the company’s vision for “One Deluxe,” details about its strategic focus, progress on its historic transformation, and expected investments to drive organic growth.

Deluxe President and CEO Barry McCarthy joined the company in late 2018 and began to share his vision for One Deluxe, fundamentally changing the way the company operates and goes to market. In April 2019, he announced a new corporate strategy which includes plans to focus on four key product areas: Payments, Cloud Solutions, Promotional Products and Checks. To achieve this vision, McCarthy has led the company through the initial stages of a transformation process which encompasses reducing layers of management, accelerating decision making, and investing in critical technology.

“Deluxe is now operating as a company of products. Our solutions and products are designed to help businesses of all sizes, and we are proud to showcase our One Deluxe approach to the market,” McCarthy said. “Our new strategy is driving a fundamental change in how Deluxe sells its products and solutions to the market. The Deluxe Analyst Day will feature an overview from McCarthy as he shares his vision for One Deluxe. Additionally, analysts will have the opportunity to hear from the new executive leadership team, who will provide a comprehensive look into their businesses and a customer overview. The company’s Chief Financial Officer will also deliver a financial presentation.
