Veinotte Promoted at Madison Paper

MADISON, ME, April 8, 2002 – E. Russell Drechsel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Paper Industries, a leading North American manufacturer of high-quality supercalendered paper, has announced the promotion of Richard R. (Rick) Veinotte to Manager of Engineering, reporting to Christopher C. Bean, Vice President of Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities. Mr. Veinotte began his career at Madison Paper Industries in October of 1991 as a Maintenance Engineer. In 1994 he was promoted to Pulp Mill Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor and most recently was one of the key project engineers on the PM3 Modernization Project. Rick is a 1985 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, where he received a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and also an Associates degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer
