Press release from the issuing company

Colleyville, Tex. – Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors’ senior analyst, Gina Ferrara, will be leading a breakout session focused on customer communications management (CCM), in addition to moderating the Management Circle Seminar at the Papyrus Software Open House and User Conference 2019, held October 13-15 in Southlake, Texas. Ferrara’s session, “The Importance of Inbound Customer Communications,” will be held Tuesday, October 15 at 12:30 p.m. The Management Circle Seminar will be held Monday, October 14 at 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 15 at 2:00 p.m.

Ferrara’s breakout session will explore the pain points with inbound communications and how to address them, as well as why inbound communications are an important component to the end-to-end document lifecycle. Additionally, Ferrara will explore with participants why customer service interactions are dependent on data from inbound communications and how technology and organizational structure can help reduce disjointed processes associated with inbound mail, ultimately leading to a better customer experience.

As moderator of the Management Circle Seminar, Ferrara will help guide engaging discussions about interdisciplinary topics in the following sessions: “The Digital Enterprise – Leveraging Machine Learning Capabilities,” “The Implications of a Lack of Integration Between ECM and CRM Systems,” “Building Business Value Streams – A mind-shift is needed” and “Should the Business take Ownership of Document Applications?”
